When one commits a mistake or a scoundrel act, will it not affect others in terms of cheat, ill-effects, loss or shame? We can leave the job of correcting this to the Government but when a Brahmin tries to impose rules on poor people by cheating them and growing their ignorance for his own benefits then it is the duty of the public to eradicate such behaviour. Even if it is wrong as per the law for the public to take it into their own hands, as the government neglected its duty, we can take up the responsibility of eradication in view of public interest and even if it leads to the punishment this will also be regarded as a social service. This will also enforce the government of its duties.
